Julia Steinaway

Julia Steinaway is an Associate Product Manager at Ethos Biosciences, where she helps shape the product roadmap by bringing together stakeholder needs, market insights, and the voice of the end user. She works cross-functionally with quality, design, and marketing teams to guide successful product launches and uses customer feedback and product data to identify opportunities for continued improvement. Julia is especially passionate about bringing the end user's perspective and needs into product development. She is also proud to be applying her medical technology experience to the manufacturing industry—an opportunity she believes many medical technologists may not realize is available to them. Outside of work, Julia is the proud owner of a 65-acre, fifth-generation family farm in southeast Michigan. The farm has been in her family for more than 150 years and, throughout its history, has raised cattle, sheep, pigs, and chickens and produced crops including soybeans, wheat, hay, and feed corn. Today, the property remains a working crop farm. Julia enjoys staying active with HIIT, yoga, and cardio drumming classes at the YMCA, as well as exploring local wineries, breweries, and restaurants. She also loves the outdoors and has taken several solo exploratory trips throughout the Northeast. When she’s home, she enjoys crocheting and cross-stitching—with her cat, Misha, never far away.
