TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Logan Township, NJ, fully remote
Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
RESPONISIBILITIES
Ethos Biosciences is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to drive sales growth and support customers in the scientific community. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, proven sales experience in a scientific products-based company, and a passion for customer engagement. This role requires significant travel to meet customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and engage with prospective customers in the life sciences, biotechnology, and diagnostic industries.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and product/company presentations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
- Gather customer feedback to assist in product development and improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.
- Represent Ethos Biosciences at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a scientific products-based company is a plus. Alternatively, experience in a procurement role or as a laboratory scientist within a scientific products-based company is also acceptable.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex scientific applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to travel frequently (50% of the time).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling scientific reagents, diagnostics, or laboratory equipment.
- Existing network of contacts within the life sciences industry.
- Previous experience in a remote sales role

PACKAGER
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Logan Township, NJ, on-site
RESPONISIBILITIES
This position performs tasks and provides services to support the company’s production goals, overall business plans and objectives as directed.
- Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in company directives for the safe performance of the work assignment.
- Removes finished products from the production areas ensuring proper identification and labeling to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure finished goods are properly documented.
- Stages finished goods and materials in accordance with warehouse and production planning schedule.
- Conducts inspection of assigned equipment.
- Conducts inspection of materials used for packaging.
- Communicates to management any machine malfunctions.
- Solid math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
- Performs clean-up and housekeeping duties.
- Reviews and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.
- Overseeing training of new Material Handlers.
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department and the company. Includes ability to handle stress and to interact with others to establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment and minimize personal conflicts.
- Required to work assigned shift.
- Understands and practices proper accumulation and storage requirements for waste.
- Complies with environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and wastes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or education equivalent required.
- Job-related experience for 1 year preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work standing for long periods of time with frequent crouching or bending.
- Ability to apply standard evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard material handling techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
- Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Ethos employee handbook.
- This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.
- Must wear appropriate safety glasses, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices.
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Logan Township, NJ, on-site
RESPONISIBILITIES
Warehouse Technician is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to process orders including accurately picking, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing the orders for shipment.
- Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
- Adaptable, willing, and expected to support all operational tasks within the facility as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- 1-2 years distribution warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
- Ability to work standing for long periods of time with frequent stooping or bending.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to be detail oriented, quality focused and self-motivated.
- Fluent in the English language with the ability to read and write.
- Ability to work in coordination with other team members to accomplish goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and standards.
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Adherence to site safety regulations including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes and safety glasses.
