a single partner for
Every Stage of Your Diagnostic Program
Ethos Biosciences supports diagnostic companies from early development through full-scale manufacturing. Programs are structured to move from concept to production without a disconnect between stages. Every stage of the process (from development to manufacturing to packaging) is handled within a single operation in our 126,000-square-foot facility in Logan Township. This includes dedicated areas for hazardous materials and climate-controlled storage. Specialty manufacturing spaces include ISO-8 cleanroom production suites and H-3 classified hazardous environments. Raw materials and finished products are stored under controlled conditions, with access managed for proprietary programs.
Private Label Manufacturing
Our private label manufacturing service is designed for customers who need branded diagnostic products backed by controlled production and reliable supply.
Ethos supports a range of product types (including dyes, stains, reagents, and buffers) with the ability to match packaging formats and labeling requirements to the needs of laboratory workflows and distribution channels. This flexibility allows partners to maintain a consistent product identity while scaling production as demand grows.
Each of our customer built programs are supported by on-site teams that provide direct input when adjustments or troubleshooting are required. When combined with established raw material sourcing and domestic production, this approach helps maintain supply continuity and consistent product availability over time.
"Working with Ethos Biosciences has been a great experience from start to finish. Their team is incredibly responsive and professional, always quick to answer questions about lead times, order updates, or special requests. The delivery and logistics process has been smooth, with clear communication that makes inventory planning much easier. I'd definitely recommend Ethos Biosciences to anyone looking for quality products backed by excellent customer service. They've made the entire process straightforward and hassle-free."

Immunoassay Development
Immunoassay development begins with antibody selection and pairing, as well as assay format definition; choices that help determine how the assay performs outside of controlled conditions.
Ethos supports development across multiple diagnostic formats. Each of our assay workflows is built to conform to its intended need. Whether our customers’ goal is a quantitative laboratory assay or a rapid test format, our assay development is structured to carry performance from early-stage work through production without rework.
ELISA Kit Development
ELISA kits are typically used when multiple samples are processed together and when results must be tied directly to analyte concentration. Development of these kits focuses on antibody selection and sample optimization. Once we can confirm that the performance of the kit is established, we can produce units that hold up to our quality standards across production runs.
At Ethos, we are able to handle both development and manufacturing internally, an approach that helps reduce the risk of performance shifting during scale-up and supports long-term reproducibility.
Lateral Flow Assay Development
Lateral flow assays are designed for rapid testing with minimal user steps. These formats are commonly used outside of traditional laboratory environments and are designed to perform under a wide range of conditions.
Development focuses on membrane selection, reagent deposition, flow behavior, and signal visibility. Each of these factors contributes to how reliably the assay performs once deployed.
Ethos brings experience in developing and manufacturing lateral flow devices across a range of applications. Programs are structured to support both early-stage development and scaled production, with attention to maintaining performance as volumes increase.
Stains and Reagents
Ethos Biosciences manufactures stains and reagents for laboratory and diagnostic use, and our products are formulated to produce clear differentiation of target cellular components and to perform consistently across workflows.
Our production process is structured around controlled formulation and repeatable output, and our goal is to give laboratories the stable staining behavior they need across batches. These products are used across routine and specialized applications, where consistency and overall performance support accurate interpretation.
Why Choose Us as Your Contract Manufacturing Partner?
Ethos Biosciences brings development and manufacturing together within a single operation. This structure keeps programs in sync from early-stage work through production and the setup helps reduce any handoff risk and preserve assay performance.
Our capabilities support top-notch immunoassay development across major diagnostic platforms in both regulated and non-regulated environments. Our operations comply with a quality management system that is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and aligned with FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements.
Our client support continues throughout the lifecycle of your needs, regardless of the type. Whether you need technical or operational support, our teams are always available to engage in addressing challenges or refining processes to maintain continuity, support, and product performance.
