Description
The Urine Sediment Stain is a commonly used supravital stain containing crystal-violet and safranin. Used for sediment examination to reveal ova to assist in diagnosis of giant kidney and bladder worms. Leukocytes, epithelial cells, and casts stain well with this stain.
