Description
Ethos’s Wheatley Trichrome Solution is a modified stain solution, derived from Gomori’s method. The intended use in parasitology for rapidly identifying intestinal protozoa. Stain should be used with PVA-fixed or Schaudinn’s-preserved fecal smears, followed with differentiation in acid-alcohol and dehydration steps.
