Description
Our AFB Auramine – Rhodamine TM Kit is intended to be used for the detection of acid-fast organisms. Our kit contains an Auramine-Rhodamine dye that serve as the fluorescent stain in the AFB process. The additional two reagents in the kit serve as a counter stain (potassium permanganate 0.5%) and acid decolorizer in the staining process. This kit should be stored in 15 – 30°C for optimal performance.
