Locating the account Login page:

From the EthosBiosciences.com Home page, navigate to “My Account” in the upper right corner of your screen. Click on “My Account”.

Login or create a new account:

If you have your Username and Password, enter those in the Login fields. Note: *if you have previously ordered product but checked out As A Guest, your information was not stored and an account was not created. You will need to register for a new account.

In your email system, please add [email protected] to your contacts. This will help limit emails generated from the website from being blocked or moved to a SPAM inbox.

If you have lost your password, click the hyperlink “Lost Your Password?”. On the following screen, enter your email address and click “Reset Password.” An email will be sent to you to reset your password. This should arrive within a minute and will be from www.ethosbiosciences.com.

Note: If you don’t see the email, be sure to check all SPAM/Junk/Other inboxes that may be associated with your username or email. If you have an email protection agency that screens emails, be sure to check that as well. Add [email protected] to your approved contacts.

Registering a new account:

If you need to create a new account, fill out the fields under Register. Be sure you have access to the email that you register with. Once you click Register, a welcome email will be sent to you containing information on accessing your account as well as a link to create your account password.

Your welcome email will arrive within a minute of registration. If you have not received an email within 1-2 minutes, please check any SPAM/Junk/Other inboxes associated with the email address you registered with. If you have an email protection agency that screens emails, be sure to check that as well.

It’s a good idea to update your account password regularly. This can easily be done by logging into your account with your current credentials. Navigate to “Account Details” in the menu. Enter your information at the top followed by your current password and then your new password. Click “Save Changes”. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after updating. This email should arrive within a minute.
